<p>PURPOSE:To stabilize the electric resistance value of a humidity sensing element by providing a no-electrode pattern which indicates the coating limit of humidity sensing element between a couple of comb-shaped electrode patterns and a couple of electrode pads and coating the electrode patterns with the humidity sensing liquid. CONSTITUTION:The couple of electrode patterns 2a and 2b are printed and baked on an aluminum substrate 1. The couple of electrode pads 3a and 3b are connected to the electrode patterns 2a and 2b and baked. Further, the no- electrode pattern 6 indicating the coating limit of the humidity sensing liquid is printed and baked between the electrode patterns 2a and 2b and electrode pads 3a and 3b. Then, the humidity sensing liquid consisting of an organic high polymer electrolyte is applied within a range K encircled with a broken line to obtain the humidity sensing element. Thus the non-electrode pattern is provided to make the limit of coating of the humidity sensing liquid to the electrode pad side clear, so the humidity sensing element having the stable electrode resistance value is obtained without any adjustment.</p> |
