PURPOSE:To enable manufacturing of an FRP molded product which is capable of being performed in a flow line process automatically, simple in its quality control and superior in mass productivity, by interlocking electrically mold moving equipment, glass supply equipment, resin spraying equipment and defoaming equipment with one another. CONSTITUTION:A gelcoat layer which becomes a surface layer of a molded product is formed on the surface of a molding tool 1 beforehand. A glass fiber is supplied on a molding surface by following to a movement of the molding tool on a feed path of the molding tool movement based on an action of tool moving equipment A making the tool perform a return movement at a fixed stroke. Then simultaneously with completion of laying of a glass fiber glass supply equipment B provided with a cutter mechanism cutting the glass fiber is provided on the molding surface. Resin spraying equipment C applies FRP molding resin to the supper part of the glass fiber according to the movement of the molding tool and discharge of the resin is suspended with passing of the molding tool. Defoaming equipment D reciprocates a defoaming roller 4 pressing an FRP molding resin layer according to the movement of the molding tool. The title molding equipment is so constituted that the tool moving equipment A, glass supply equipment B, resin spraying equipment C and defoaming equipment D are interlocked electrically with the another.
