PURPOSE:To easily insert an endoscope by allowing the titled device to insert the endoscope into a fitting part and a guide tube of an endoscope inserting auxiliary tool and arranging a guide tube into which an insertion part for the endoscope can be inserted on the inside of the the guide tube of the auxiliary tool. CONSTITUTION:When the endoscope 11 is to be replaced by another endoscope with a different visual direction of a different angle of visibility while keeping the endoscope inserting auxiliary tool 1 at the inserted status into an object to be inspected, the endoscope 11 is removed from the adaptor device 21 while keeping the adaptor device 21 at the inserted status into the auxiliary tool 1. The guide tube 23 of the adaptor device 21 is inserted into the guide tube 2 of the auxiliary tool 1. Since the insertion part 12 for the endoscope 11 is inserted into the guide tube 2 while being guided into the guide tube 23, the insertion part 23 of the endoscope 11 can be smoothly inserted into the guide tube part 2 without being caught by rugged parts such as a ribet 7 and a wire receiver 14 in the guide tube part 2.
