PURPOSE:To reduce a time required for data setting of a terminal equipment of the same setting remarkably by copying set data of a terminal finished once for the setting in a memory tentatively by means of a transfer means and using the transfer means to copy the data for the setting data for other terminal. CONSTITUTION:A data setting display transfer means 10 in a central processing unit 7 is provided and the display transfer means 10 uses an input/output control means 11 to apply updating/setting/display of a terminal setting data memory 9 while utilizing a temporary memory 8. The data setting/display transfer means 10 reads a key input from a data setting console 15 through the input/output control means 11. An input key 14 decides whether or not the 1st copy key 14a is used and updates the allocated number displayed on a display device 13 in the step 5 to the allocated number in the storage. Further, whether or not the input key 14 is the 2nd copy key 14b is decided and in the case of pertinent data, the data represented by the allocated number in the sotrage is extracted and copied to terminal setting data having an allocated number represented by a display allocation number.
