PURPOSE:To prevent a wrong loading sequence and damages by constituting such that a developing device cannot be loaded with an image forming unit unloaded. CONSTITUTION:A load guide means in the developing device 5 is constituted by loading the image forming unit 8 on an image forming device main body. After a guide 8b provided in the unit 8 guides the device 5, it serves as measuring precision that a development magnetic brush is positioned on the surface of a photosensitive drum together with a positioning boss. a block body shall be loaded after the unit 8 is loaded on the device 5. This means that by positioning the device 5 on the unit 8 that is loaded and positioned on the device main body, optimum image forming conditions are created.
