PURPOSE:To prevent the battery of a power source from being consumed wastefully by issuing a warning sound to inform when a key input is executed continuously over the specified time in the transmitter of a remote controller. CONSTITUTION:When the key input is not executed, a transmission control part 2 issues a reset signal to a timer 5 and resets a divider 51. When the key input is detected, the transmission control part 2 releases a reset signal output to the timer 5. On the other hand as a timing signal generation part 3 supplies a clock pulse to the divider 51, when the reset signal is released the divider 51 begins counting of the clock pulse. When a key is depressed and the specified time passes, that means, the output Q of TFF(T-flip flop) in a final stage becomes 'H', the RS flip flop of a sound signal transmission part 52 is set and transmits a signal to a sound part 6 and the sound part 6 transmits the warning sound. When the key input is completed in the specified time, the transmission control part 2 issues the reset signal to the timer 5.
