PURPOSE:To improve the operability by inserting a voice coil from an end part to the center hole part of a diaphragm and a damper in the diverging direction of a diaphragm and fixing the peripheral edge of both center holes in the intermediate part of a coil bobbin. CONSTITUTION:On a frame 6 connected onto a magnetic circuit 5, the respective peripheral edges of the damper 12 and the conical diaphragm 8 are bonded and fixed, thereafter, the voice coil 9 is inserted from the coil part 11 to the center hole parts 17, 18 of the diaphragm 8, and the damper 12 respectively in the diverging direction of the diaphragm 8. Thereafter, the peripheral edges of the center hole parts 17, 18 of the diaphragm 8, and the damper 12 are fixed to the intermediate part of the coil bobbin 9. Since the peripheral edge of the center hole part 17 of the diaphragm 8 has a space to the coil bobbin 9, the peripheral edge of the center hole part 17 and the peripheral edge of the center hole part 18 of the damper 12 are intergrally fixed to a coil bobbin 10.
