PURPOSE:To improve chemical endurance to obtain a long life, by scattering alumina-rich phases with alumina single crystal being in the center in a sealing layer and making these phases overlapped to each other to form a skeletal structure. CONSTITUTION:Alumina-rich phases 5 with alumina single crystal 4 being in the center are scattered in a sealing layer 3. These alumina-rich phases 5 are overlapped to each other to form a skeletal structure of the alumina-rich phases 5 inside a sealing structure by controlling a blending ratio of alumina single crystal, temperature conditions on its sealing, and so on. Hence, intensity of the sealing structure can be widely enlarged. Concurrently, the alumina-rich state stabilizes the sealing structure, making thermal expansion approximate to that of alumina. Therefore, little strain stress occurs, so that the sealing structure can be obtained in the ideal form.
