PURPOSE:To enable the title equipment to obtain a favorable molded material without generating an ejection mark, by separating a molded material from a male mold by acting an auxiliary frame mold upon the molded material stuck to the male mold. CONSTITUTION:A molded material 42 which is tuck to a male mold 24 and is being moved in the direction of an arrow 20 is prevented from moving an acting a protrusion of a frame mold member 36 of an auxiliary frame mold 26 upon the molded material 42 which is moved laftward relatively to the male mold 24 which is being moved in the direction of the arrow 20 and separated from the male mold 24 through an action of the auxiliary frame mold 26. At the time of separation of the molded material 42, a reed value 92 is turned open, air from an air flow path 36 is fed to a steam chamber 34 of the male mold 24 and the molded material 42 is separated reliably from the male mold 24 by receiving an action of the air blown off. The molded material 42 is molded as per requirement and molding of the molded material 42 is performed once every time a hydraulic cylinder mechanism 12 extends or contracts once. |
