PURPOSE:To enable an oscillating transistor, and an amplifying transistor to be used under the optimum condition, by providing a current branching circuit at the emitter of an oscillating amplifier transistor, or the collector of a constant current source type amplifying transistor. CONSTITUTION:A current branching circuit 15 is provided, and in a case that the optimum working current in an amplifying transistor 21 is fewer than that in a constant current source type amplifier 14, a current equivalent to a difference between them is generated at a constant current circuit in which a resistance 31 connects between a power source Vcc, and the collector of a transistor 211, and it is supplied to the collector of the constant current source type transistor 211. Adversely, in the case that the optimum working current in the amplifying transistor 21 is larger than that in the constant current source type amplifier 14, the optimum operation can be obtained by inducing a constant current from the collector of the constant current source type transistor 211 by the constant current circuit in which a resistance 51 is inserted between the collector of the transistor 211, and the earth.
