PURPOSE:To obtain the titled body having improved sticking property of between a conductive substrate and an electrostatic charge generating layer by interposing an undercoating layer composed of polyester in between. CONSTITUTION:The titled body is formed by providing the electrostatic charge generating layer 3 on the conductive substrate 1, and subsequently by providing the electrostatic charge transfer layer 4 on the obtd. layer 3. In said photosensitive body, the undercoating layer 5 composed of the polyester is imposed between the substrate 1 an the layer 3. As the polyester has a good sticking property against a metal and an org. material, the layer 2 closely contacts with the substrate 1 such as Al, while, the layer 2 strongly contacts with the layer 3 which is composed of an org. material and is provided on the layer 2. Thus, as peeling of between the substrate 1 and the layer 3 does not occurs at all, the injection of carrier from the substrate 1 to the layer 3 is effected effectively. |
