PURPOSE:To reduce the capacity of memory to reduce the burden of a program, by providing an interruption control means which allows the interruption of a pressure peak signal at an interruption input terminal at a predetermined angular position during compression stroke of an internal combustion engine. CONSTITUTION:A peak pressure detecting means 2 detects the peak pressure of inside of an engine cylinder in an internal combustion engine 1, and therefore, a microcomputer receives a pressure peak signal generated at a peak point of the pressure at an interruption input terminal 3. An interruption control means 4 allows the interruption of the pressure peak signal at the interruption input terminal 3 at a predetermined angular position during compression stroke of the internal combustion engine 1. A pressure feed-back means 5 corrects the ignition timing output of an ignition timing control means 6 so that a predetermined time elapsing from the ignition timing to the peak point of the pressure in the engine cylinder corresponds a predetermined position after the top dead center of compression. Thus it is possible to reduce the capacity of memory to reduce the burden of a program. |
