PURPOSE:To reduce noise bar or noise pattern by shuffling a sample so as to be recorded during the 1st period of a television signal by the 1st prescribed method and during the 2nd period by the 2nd prescribed method. CONSTITUTION:A data of a binary sample form of a TV signal is supplied to a field memory 20 via a terminal 21 and written by a write address counter 22. The read is executed by a read address counter 23 through a PROM24. A discriminating signal showing whether a field supplied to the memory 20 is the 1st field of the frame or the 2nd field is supplied to the PROM24 via a terminal 25. Then the PROM24 controls so that data supplied to a VTR27 is shuffled by the 1st and 2nd prescribed method at the 1st and 2nd field respectively at each frame, and the binary sample stored in the memory 20 is read by the 1st and 2nd prescribed method.
