PURPOSE:To obtain the titled roller having a long shelf life and good mold releasing property and capable of providing fixing device which forms a fine picture image by forming a heating fixed roller in which a layer of porous body composed of a continuous porous tetrafluoroethylene resin is mounted on the outer layer of a metallic core made of a metal and a non-porous fluororesin layer is laminated on the outer layer of the obtd. porous body layer. CONSTITUTION:The porous layer 11 composed of the continuous porous tetrafluoroethylene resin having 50mum-1,000mum thickness is mounted on an upper surface of the metallic core 10 composed of the metal such as aluminium, iron, a stainless, etc. The non-porous fluororesin layer 12 composed of tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene copolymer (FEP) and tetrafluoroethylene- perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer (PFA), etc., is mounted on the most outer layer of the titled roller to improve a mold releasing property of the toner. The thickness of the layer 12 is preferably 10mum-100mum. Thus, the titled roller which is a porous layer, and has a slight elasticity, on the surface of the roller, and is solved defects such as deterioration of picture image and curling of a copy paper and has good mold releasing property is obtd. |
