PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition excellent in adhesiveness, resistance to water and sea water and harmless to the human body, by mixing an atactic PP with a synthetic rubber (latex), a dispersant and a styrene/alkyl acrylate copolymer. CONSTITUTION:A mixture containing 1pt.wt. atactic PP (A) of an average MW of 3,000-50,000, 0.1-0.7pt.wt. block synthetic rubber (latex) (B) (e.g., styrene/butadiene copolymer rubber), 0.03-0.5pt.wt. dispersant (C) (e.g., PVA of a degree of saponification of 80-97%), 0.05-0.7pt.wt. normally solid petroleum resin (D), 0.03-0.5pt.wt. styrene/alkyl acrylate copolymer (E) containing 50-90mol% bound units derived from a 1-6C alkyl acrylate and, optionally, 0.5-3pts.wt. asphalt which is a bitumen based on a hydrocarbon oil component which is called medium or maltene and containing a protective substance and colloidal particles or ultrafine particles which are called asphalt resin is suspended in water.
