PURPOSE:To promote the improvement of a sealing effect, by mounting a fixed casing to the top of a nozzle stub flange while internally providing a rotary casing, which has a cutting machine for a nozzle stub flange surface, in said fixed casing and processing the flange surface to be regenerated. CONSTITUTION:A fixed casing A is fixedly mounted to the top on the upper surface of a nozzle stub flange F. A rotary casing B is internally provided in the center of the casing A. A cutting spindle 16, which can rotate and vertically move, and a chamfering spindle 17, which can not rotate but vertically move, are vertically supported to a turn table 6 of the casing B. The casing B drives each spindle 16, 17 respectively by motors M3, M1 while the turn table 6 by a motor M2. An annular groove P of the flange F and its annular protrusive parts T are processed to be regenerated by rotating the turn table 6 and driving the cutting spindle 16 and the chamfering spindle 17, and a sealing effect is improved.
