PURPOSE:To make an O-ring in an axis seal adhere closely to an axis to prevent leakage of fluid by supplying the compressed fluid in a fuel cell power generating system to an axis seal which prevents gas leakage in a blower line installed in a recycle line. CONSTITUTION:A cooling pipeline is branched between a filter 12 of a cell cooling water line 9 and the inlet of a cell main body 2 and cooling water is supplied to a box 23 of cycle blowers 5, 7 from a branched pipeline 30 through a heat exchanger 26 and a pressure loss element 27 such as a manual valve to prevent the leakage of gasses inside a fuel electrode 2A and an oxidizing agent electrode. Since the supplied circulation water has the temperature same as cooling water in the outlet of the filter 12, and required to cool the similar temperature to that of recycling gas, the temperature Tx in an axis seal box 24 is detected and the opening of a flow rate control valve 28 is controlled with the detected signal. A pressure control valve 29 controls pressure inside the box 24 by detecting the pressure Px inside the box 24 which is set higher than the pressure P1 inside a system and controlling the opening of the pressure control valve 29 with the detected signal. |
