PURPOSE:To dispense with welding as well as to make heat treatment for it unnecessary, by adopting such a repairing method that sets up a spacer close to an inner surface in and around a corrosive part and applies lining from the top. CONSTITUTION:When corrosion is produced in a pressure resisting wall 1, a liner 2 in the part formed with a dent part 6 is ripped off over the vertical required range, then plural spacers (iron pieces) 9 to be built up in a cylindrical form inside a pressure vessel are inset therein, building up them in the cylindrical form, and they are stuck to an inner wall 1a. thus, a vessel inner diameter nearby a corrosive part is contracted by these spacers 9, and lining is applied to the top of each spacer 9. Doing like this, the spacer 9 comes to form a new pressure resisting wall in consequence, so that strength in the pressure resisting wall 1 becomes sufficient enough. |
