PURPOSE:To obtain a burner having favorable thermal efficiency and durable for a long period use, by a method wherein a spray plate is formed of a ceramics and a cover is secured to the external surface of furnace side of a spray plate. CONSTITUTION:The whole of a spray plate 1 is formed of a ceramics. A cover 11, the spray plate 1 and a back plate 2 are pressed against a seat 3 by a cap nut 4 for securing. The spray plate 1 is provided with a fuel duct 5, a pressure medium duct 6 and a mixing duct 7, and fuel 9 and a pressure medium 10 are led to the fuel duct 5 and the pressure medium duct 6 through the seat 3 and the backplate 2 respectively. The cover 11 is fitted over the spray plate 1 so as to cover the external surface of a furnace side of the same, and a convex part 13 is connected with a concave part 12 of the spray plate 1. With this, a burner having favorable combustion efficiency and durable for a long period use can be obtained. |
