PURPOSE:To obtain a correct final signal by 2/3 majority even when abnormality occurs in one of three systems by providing three generating-transmitting systems of a control signal, and deciding propriety of the signal by a majority circuit on the receiving side to obtain a final signal. CONSTITUTION:Each control module has the same constitution and a control module 201 is provided with three systems of independent inputting circuits 2011-2013 and a 2/3 majority circuit 2014. Control signals are given from each of multiplexed transmission signal processing circuits 21-23 to each of three system inputting circuits 2011X2013. The 2/3 majority circuit 2014 decides that a control signal is correct en input content of >=two systems out of three input content to input circuits 2011-2013 of three systems coincide, and a final signal, i.e., an auxiliary equipment operation controlling signal for driving or stopping a corresponding auxiliary equipment 1001 is outputted from the power interface circuit 101 of the control module 201.
