PURPOSE:To make motor operation conformable to on-off operations of a damper at once, by making c.w. or c.c.w. rotation of a motor possible to correspond to the damper's on-off operations in a proportional manner at the time of opening or closing the damper with actuation of the motor via an interlocking member. CONSTITUTION:An arm 1 is connected to a damper A, and a base of this arm 1 is pivotally supported on a setting base 2 tightly attached to a pulse motor B free of rotation by a pin 3. And, a base end of a plate spring 4 is tightly attached to this setting base 2 by a screw 5, and a free end 4a of the plate spring 4 is forcedly pressed to the damper A, energizing it in a closing direction all the time. A reduction gear is built in the pulse motor B, and a plane cam 7 as an interlocking member, projecting upward and rotating in a horizontal direction or an on-off direction of the damper A, is attached to the decelerating drive shaft 6. And, a driven projecting part 1a having a circular surface, projectingly installed in the arm 1, is made contact with a circumferential surface of the cam 7. With this constitution, operation of the motor B is made convertible to on-off operation of the damper A at once.
