PURPOSE:To freely set frame using order and to flow sentences in the fixed order by using a frame setting means which displays characters or symbols and a frame using order selecting means which set optionally the using order among the prescribed number of frames. CONSTITUTION:A frame to be transcribed is set to the head or final text frame of a frame control table according to a fact whether said frame is equal to the first text frame or not. The frames 34-1-34-5 are equal to text frames and then selected in the order of earlier designations. The frames 33-1 and 33-2 are equal to graphic frames and have no set using order. For allocation of frames displayed on display, the sentences are set first into the frame 34-1 and then to frames 34-2-34-5 successively. No sentence is set into the frame 34-4 since it is an independent frame subject to the frame 33-1. Thus the using order of the text frames are subject to the designation order of the frames excepting for the text frame belonging to an independent frame.
