PURPOSE:To make thin, compact, and lightweight by embedding cooling pipes each of which has an oval cross section in a cooling plate. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of cooling pipes 10' each of which has an oval cross section are embedded in a conductive constituent 9 at regular intervals. The conductive constituent 9 has high electric conductivity and heat conductivity, phosphoric acid resistance and heat resistance. A graphite resin plate obtained by molding a mixture of thermosetting resin and graphite particles or an impermeable graphite plate obtained by impregnating resin in the graphite resin plate as impermeable treatment is used as the conductive constituent. As the cooling pipe 10', a copper pipe is generally used in terms of heat conductivity and processability. By making the pipe having the same diameter as the regular one oval, its surface area remains as it is, cooling effect remains unchanged and the cooling plate can be made thin and lightweight. |
