<p>A feedthrough device (1) for sealing of supplylines such as pipes or cable passing through a duct (3) in a wall (5) comprises first and second sealing portions (7, 9) which can be biased into contact with the duct (3) in the wall (5), at either end thereof, and a flexible, for example convoluted, portion (11) connecting the sealing portions (7, 9) which can be stretched or compressed axially to allow the length of the feedthrough device (1) to be adjusted according to the thickness of the wall (5). Each sealing member (7, 9) contains a biassing means (13), for example a rolled spring which can be activated after positioning the feedthrough device (1) in the duct (3), to force the sealing members (7, 9) into contact with the duct (3).</p> |
