PURPOSE:To prevent an undesirable occurrence such as a head clash after the completion, by flowing a cleaning gas in a chamber while giving a vibration to the parts of a disk enclosure under conditions severer than those in the using state, in a dust removing process provided before an assembling process and after an ultrasonic washing process. CONSTITUTION:An exciting device 1 and the chamber 2 are provided in a dust removing device before assembling, clean air enters the entrance 3 of the chamber 2 through a filter 4 and exhausted from an exit 5. The parts W attaches to the exciting base 6 of the exciting device 1 enter the inside of the chamber 2 and the clean air is sprayed. As an exciting condition, the exciting acceleration is defined to be, for instance, five times the acceleration applied under the using state, a frequency to be a resonance frequency and an exciting time to be, for instance, more than 5min. Under this condition, since while the parts W are excited in the chamber 2, the clean air is sprayed to remove the dusts of the parts W, the dusts are substantially completely removed.
