PURPOSE:To press and fix a disk on a turntable by utilizing repulsion, by providing a permanent magnet, and a disk pressing means made of an elastic material protruding to the turntable side beyond the permanent magnet, at a clamper which sandwiches the disk between the turntable. CONSTITUTION:By lifting down the other end side of a clamp arm 11 on a turntable 10, a clamper 12 is attracted to a turntable 12 side by the magnetic attracting action of a permanent magnet 20. With the above movement, a disk pressing means 21 is abutted on a disk D placed on the turntable 10, and is compressed relatively by being defeated by the magnetic attracting force, there fore, the disk D is pressed on the turntable 10 with the repulsion. At such a time, so that the clamper 12 is attracted until a time when a guide hole 19a is abutted with the upper end of a center spindle 14 against the elasticity of the pressing means 21 by the magnetic attracting force of the permanent magnet 20, the compressing width of the disk pressing means 21 is dependent on the thickness of the disk D.
