PURPOSE:To make a continuously variable speed change performable with a simple device, by installing each of both primary and secondary velocity modulating devices, consisting of a noncircular gear pair each and performing speed modulation, and making a relative turning angle between both these modulating devices variable. CONSTITUTION:Each of turning shafts 10 and 20 is supported on a first fixed frame 60 free of rotation, and a first noncircular gear 11a of a first set is clamped to the turning shaft 10, while a first noncircular gear 11b of a second set is supported on the shaft 10. And, both second noncircular gears 21a and 21b of each set are clamped to the turning shaft 20. In addition, a second frame 70 is supported on the turning shaft 10 free of rotation, and both third noncircular gears 31a and 31b of each set are supported on the turning shaft 30 supported by this frame 70 via a bearing 37 with a one-way clutch function. And, ordinary circular gears 35 and 55 clamped to both turning shafts 40 and 50 on the same axis with the turning shaft 10 are engaged with circular gears 25 and 35 clamped to each end of these turning shafts 20 and 30, whereby such rotation as subjected to a continuously variable speed change is secured out of the turning shaft 50.
