PURPOSE:To prevent a magnetic bubble from extending along a conductor, to suppress a spare bubble generation and to obtain a stable and reliable magnetic bubble generating device by implanting an ion at one place or above to a magnetic substance to hold the magnetic bubble of a conductor pattern. CONSTITUTION:An ion implanting part 2 is provided so as to be intersected orthogonally with the hair pin-shaped conductor 1 of a conductor pattern to generate a magnetic bubble, and an Ne<+> ion is implanted by 4X10<14> ion/cm<2> with the accelerating voltage of 140keV. The border between the part to implant the ion and the part not to implant it is arranged so as to be intersected with at least one edge of the conductor pattern. The magnetic bubble, when the bubble, first, is generated at the tip part A of a hair pin and continuously, enlarged along the hair pin-shaped conductor 1, is interrupted by an ion implanting part 2 and the magnetic bubble occurring at the edge opposite to a soft magnetic substance 3 for transferring a magnetic bubble is suppressed.
