PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a recess of attracting mark in a printed wiring while to provide no change at all in attracting force, by coating the whole unit of a winecup-shaped attracting part with a soft fiber cloth, in case of the air attracting pat for conveying a printed substrate. CONSTITUTION:A metal or synthetic resin made pat body 1 opens a through hole 1-1, and a synthetic resin made attracting part 2, which is coaxially fitted to the bottom part of said body 1, provides a through hole 2-1. The whole unit of said winecup-shaped attracting part 2 is coated with a fiber cloth 6 of suitably soft quality like, for instance, gauze being piled into an adequate thickness. When attracting action is performed, a small amount of air is attracted to a suction pump passing through the fiber cloth 6 via the through holes 2-1, 1-1 as shown by an arrow head B in the drawing in the vicinity of an edge part 3 and a winecup bottom 2-2 of the attracting part 2. Even if leakage of the air is provided such as in the above, a large sized printed substrate can be surely attracted.
