PURPOSE:To obtain the synchronization of plural pieces of video information without stopping a device by integrating the synchronizing pulse in video information for respective reproducing devices, and controlling the reproducing speed of respective reproducing devices so that respective integrating values coincide, with a necessary video position identifying signal to obtain the synchronization out of the video information as a starting point. CONSTITUTION:By falling electronic switches 24A and 24B to a (b) side respectively, reproducing devices IA and 1B are connected. At counter circuits 21A and 21B, inputted synchronizing signals F1a and F1b are integrated. Integrating values (A) and (B) of counter circuits 21A and 21B are inputted to an advancing delaying deciding circuit 22. Simultaneously when the integrating value is inputted in which either of the integrating values (A) and (B) is more advanced, the deciding circuit 22 starts the decision, and outputs a DC voltage approximately in proportion to the size of the difference in the inputted integrating value and data D1 and D2, which adds the polarity of the advancing and delaying to this, toward data control oscillating circuits 23A and 23B. The output polarity for example is made into 'negative' to an advancing side and 'positive' to a delaying side.
