EXAMPLE:Tris(tertiary butylamine salt) of [N-(phenyl) thiocarbamoylmethylene]bis(phosphonic acid). USE:A remedy for bone disease such as osteroporosis Paget, osteolysis, malignant hypercalcemia, rheumatoid rheumatism, etc. PREPARATION:A compound (salt) shown by formula V is reacted with a compound shown by formula R<1>-NCN or an equivalent or a salt thereof.
