PURPOSE:To enable easy sterilization of a coagulated food such as KONJAK (paste made from the starch of devil's-tongue) without heating nor addition of preservative, by immersing the coagulated food in an ozone-containing water and sealing together with said ozone-containing water. CONSTITUTION:A food such as KONJAK coagulated in a mold is immersed in an ozone-containing water and sealed together with said ozone-containing water. Preferably, the stirring of the raw material together with water and the coagulation of the mixture in a mold are also carried out by using an ozone- containing water. |
