PURPOSE:To remove a dust stuck to a magnetic disk surface by rotating a magnetic disk and sucking simultaneously air in the internal of a case through the window apertures of the upper and lower surfaces of the case. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic sheet 1 is set on a rotary attachment 2. Thereafter, by rotating the attachment 2 in the A direction of an arrow, the sheet 1 is rotated in the direction and simultaneously, an air suckings in the B direction and the C direction of an arrow are respectively is executed by nozzles 4a and 4b. Thus, at the ultrasonic depositing process, the dust such as a liner constituting powders stuck at the surface of the sheet 1 can be removed by the air absorption of the nozzles 4a and 4b, therefore, the occurrence of a drop- out can be prevented beforehand.
