PURPOSE:To simply execute the feeding and recovery of a treating solution with a small space by providing a processing solution feeding/recovering container with a deformable outer wall and a deformable partition for segmenting an inner space into a feeding room and a recovery room and attachably/detachably coupling the feeding room and recovering room to/from a feeding means and a recovering means respectively. CONSTITUTION:The feeding/recovering container to be used for the feeding and recovery of the processing solution has the deformable outer wall 20 and the deformable partition 30 for segmenting the inner space surrounded by the outer wall into the feeding room and the recovery room. When the feeding of the processing solution from the feeding room 11 is started, the capacity of the feeding room 11 is gradually reduced in accordance with feeding volume based on the deformability of the partition and a gap space in the recovery room 12 is gradually increased so that the fatigued processing solution is smoothly made to flow into the recovery room 12. Since the feeding room 11 and the recovering room 12 are attachably/detachably coupled with the feeding means 81-83 and the recovery means 91-93 respectively, the replacement of the processing solution and the discharge of the recovered processing solution can be simply executed and the maneuverability can be improved.
