PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacturing of a project and permit the miniaturization of the title device by a method wherein flexible endless continuous materials are wound continuously around a rotor in parallel and are run while pressing a surface, formed by the assembly of the materials, against a rotary drum while a belt-type material is pressed continuously at the part where the continuous materials are pressed against the rotary drum. CONSTITUTION:When a first rotor 2 is driven to rotate, wires 4 are advanced continuously along the guide grooves Gi of the rotor 2 with the same speed into the same direction. When a proper tension is applied on the wires 4, the wires 4 run while being pressed against the outer periphery of a rotary drum 1. A belt-type material W, supplied between the outer periphery of the rotary drum 1 and the wires 4, receives a pressure in accordance with the tension of the wires between the outer peripheral surface of the rotary drum 1 and a surface, formed by the assembly of the wires 4, and is sent out. The press setting molding of thermosetting plastics may be effected when the rotary drum 1 is heated while the press solidifying molding or the like of thermoflexible plastics may be effected when the rotary drum 1 is cooled.
