PURPOSE:To eliminate the pressure contact inferiority of a sheet press leaf plate with a rotary body, by forming slits to the sheet press leaf plate at plural positions having a predetermined interval in the sheet lateral direction of said plate. CONSTITUTION:A sheet press leaf plate 24 is contacted with a rotary body 1 and each platen block 4 under pressure slightly in this side of a head 23. Because this sheet press leaf plate 24 generates sheet feed force by the pressure contact force between said leaf plate 24 and the rotary body 1 (roller part 3) and prevents the flapping of a sheet 20 at the part of the head 23, slits 26 are formed to the leaf plate 24 at plural positions having a predetermined interval in a sheet width direction (lateral direction). Because the slits 26 are formed to the sheet press leaf plate 24 as mentioned above, even when an assembling errors is generated between the peripheral surface of the rotary body 1 and the guide surface 19 of the platen block 4 and the same contact plane is not provided in common, the pressure contact force of the rotary body 1 to each roller part 3 and that to each platen block 4 can be secured and the pressure contact inferiority at each roller part 3 can be eliminated.
