PURPOSE:To feed steel frame forming member to an assembling device accurately and safely by arranging a flange erecting frame, a flange feeding device and a web connecting device in order from the outside in plural frames which are so arranged as to be possible to shift transversely. CONSTITUTION:Frames 5, 5a are opened and a belt-shaped flange F are laid on the frames 5, 5a. Next free rollers 17, 17a are shifted in the arrow A direction by flange shifting tools 15, 15a and the flanges F are caught by claws 16, 16a. Next the flame 5, 5a are erected and the flanges are caught between rollers 17, 6 and 17b, 6a. Next the frame 5a is shifted in the D direction up to the specified direction. Next a web W is laid on web rollers 7, 7a and the interval between the frames 5, 5a is adjusted and then the flanges F and the web W are simultaneously transferred by the rollers 6, 6a and 7, 7a. By this constitution, feeding can be executed safely and accurately.
