PURPOSE:To offer service suit able for the actual circumstances even if a person moves with more or less time deviacion by giving a call to a telephone terminal set once before movement when a scheduled moving time exists within a prescribed time before and after the incoming time and applying re-incoming call to a telephone set after movement if no answer comes. CONSTITUTION:When a call from a user and its dial signal are received, a name dial identification circuit 43-1 identifies whether or not the signal is a name dial at first. When a schedule list is registered, a time conversion circuit 43-4 sets a time of-t from the incoming time, sets the terminal number of the 1st location and records the result on a number storage section 51. Then the time of +t is set from the incoming time, the terminal number of the 2nd location is set and the result is stored in the number storage section 51. A comparator circuit 43-5 compares both terminal number in the section 51 and if any difference exists, a timer 52 is started, the terminal number of the 1st location is used to transfer the incoming call to the telephone set of the said terminal number. When no answer comes and the time of timer 52 is over, the incoming is transferred to the telephone set depending on the terminal number of the 2nd location.
