PURPOSE:To uniform the capacitance of capacitors and the characteristic, to improve the reliability of terminal connection and to reduce the manufacture cost by providing a multi-connection inductor electrode to one side of an insulation board via a through hole. CONSTITUTION:An inductor electrode 6 is formed to one side of the insulation board 2. A through hole conduction part 16 is constituted to a through hole 8 provided to the board 2 by using conductive paste 9. The 1st capacitor electrode 10 connected to the electrode 6 via the conductor 16 is provided to the other side of the board 2. A dielectric layer 12 and the 2nd capacitor electrode 14 are formed to the upper face the electrode 10 to form plural lamination capacitors. Through the structure above, the diffusion of components in the solder connecting a molti-connection inductor to the dielectric layer 12 is prevented. A brake slot is provided to the insulation board at an equal interval at the time of manufacturing to split the insulation board 1, then the insulation board 2 provided with a delay line is easily formed. |
