PURPOSE:An interlayer for laminated glass, consisting of a thin-walled crosslinked material of a blend of three or more kinds of previously crosslinked ethylenic copolymers and having good adhesive property to flat glass as well as water and penetration resistance and excellent bonding processability and transparency. CONSTITUTION:The titled interlayer which is a thin-walled material of a heat- treated blend of three kinds of ethylenic copolymers having 15-90wt% extraction residue after extraction treatment with boiling toluene for 3hr. The blend consists of (A) 40-99wt% copolymer of ethylene with a comonomer component 1 consisting of a 4-30C unsaturated dicarboxylic acid, anhydride or half ester thereof and a comonomer component 2 consisting of a <=30C unsaturated carboxylic acid ester of <=30C vinyl ester, (B) 30-0.5wt% copolymer of ethylene with a comonomer component 3 consisting of a 6-30C epoxy based compound having epoxy group and double bond and the above-mentioned comonomer component 2 and (C) 30-0.5wt% copolymer of ethylene with a <=30C comonomer component 4 having OH group or NH2 group and double bond and the comonomer component 2.
