PURPOSE:To receive information unmagnifiedly with the will of an operator by having a function to select whether the document on one size at a receiving side is received at a receiving side in megnification or in reduction. CONSTITUTION:Though the equipment has only the receiving function of an A5 size, it is declared that an A4 (JIS) size is obtained and the information of the A4 size is received. Here, by making unmagnified an unmagnified/reduced SW of an operating part 12, a center 1152 bit in receiving data 1728 bit of the A4 size is recorded. At the time of reduction, the center is recorded while one bit is thinned to 3-bits of the receiving data.
