PURPOSE:To improve the durability of a drive gear by securing four cams while separating into two groups then inverting/opening/closing a catching click and a transfer click through co-operation of the cams and a torsional bar thereby reducing the load functioning onto an inversion central shaft. CONSTITUTION:In order to transfer from one side printing to two side printing, the phase between both drums 12, 13, the phase between attraction heads 21, 22 and clicks 19, 20 and the paper release position of the clicks 19, 20 are first adjusted then the printing work is started and the trailing edge of a printed paper 30A reaches a contacting point between said drums 12, 12. Consequently, a click B28 opens or closes to receive the trailing edge of paper from the attraction heads 21, 22 and the clicks A25, B28 are inverted so as to approach to the catching portion through the co-operation between a inversion cam 39 and a torsional bar and between an inversion cam 42 and a torsional bar 62 thus transferring the trailing edge of paper from the click B28 to the click A25. Upon further rotation, the clicks A25, B28 are resetted and the click A25 arrives to the contacting point between said drums 13, 10 so as to transfer the paper to a click 9 which transports the paper for the purpose of rear face printing.
