PURPOSE:To permit the unmanned replacing work for a bobbin by use of a robot by constituting the captioned device so that the yarn catchers in the closed state are positioned between a taking-out pin and an air suction in the closed state. CONSTITUTION:When taking-up for a yarn 4 is completed, a yarn handling unit 19 shifted under a bobbin, and a taking-out pin 21 projects upwardly and takes out the yarn 4, and then the yarn is introduced over an air suction 22, and then the unit 19 is returned, and an installation bracket 26 is raised, and the yarn is cut by a yarn cutter 23, and the cut edge is attraction-held. During this time, a full bobbin 20 is pulled out from a taking-up bobbin shaft 3 by a bobbin replacing unit, and a vacant bobbin 7 is mounted. Then, the yarn is caught by two hook-shaped yarn catchers 27 and 28 and pulled out to this side by a slide block 30, and is brought in loop form towards the bobbin, and then applied into the cut groove 29 on the vacant bobbin 7, and set onto a vacant bobbin guide, and the edge part is cut by the cutter 23, and pulled down onto a dolly together with a base 24.
