摘要 PURPOSE:To automate the operation of a traverser by forming a turning pin hole on the front surface of a cradle shaft and installing a turning pin fitted into the turning pin hole and a cam for operating a cam follower onto the front surface of a robot turning shaft. CONSTITUTION:The turning pin 16 on a robot turning shaft 15 is fitted into the turning pin hole 16 on a cradle shaft 3, and a cam box 4 is operated between the closed and the opened positions. In the state where the pin hole and the pin are not fitted, a cam lever 13 at the lock position and a cam 17 on the front surface of the robot turning shaft 15 contact, and lock is released by the turn of the cam lever 13 from the surface of the dam 17, and the pin 16 and the pin hole 11 are fitted. When the pin 16 and the pin hole 11 are fitted, lock is released, and the cam box 4 is set into always turnable state. When the pin 16 is pulled out from the pin hole 11, locking state is generated again, and the cam box 4 is urged towards the bobbin side. Therefore, the operation of a traverser is carried out with a simple control circuit by only the advance, retreat and turn of the turning shaft 15 on one robot side.
