PURPOSE:To improve the yield of a stranded wire by receiving a cut bar shaped wire rod with the aligning plate arranged vertically in its longitudinal direction, transferring with rolling in right angled direction on the aligning slope surface and aligning the wire rod which is prior to bundling. CONSTITUTION:The bar shaped original wire continuously or intermittently discharged from the cutter (figure omitted) of an iron wire is received by abutting to the path 135 of a cushioning material provided at one end of the aligning plate 131 which is vertically arranged in the longitudinal direction thereof. This original wire is then dropped on the 1st slope plate 132 and the upper face thereof is dropped by rolling in the direction at right angles with the longitudinal direction of the original wire. This original wire is dropped on the 2nd slope plate 133 from the lower end of the 1st slope plate 132 and straightened horizontally by rolling it with its reversing. This original wire dropped by rolling it on the 2nd slope plate 133 is discharged onto a conveyor 14 in the aligning state after suppressing the falling speed by a patch 134 and transferred to a weighing machine via the end part arranging device 22 equipping an arranging plate 221.
