PURPOSE:To obtain the titled nutritionally balanced laver, having rich flavor of curry and low moisture absorption rate and useful as a relish for SAKE, etc., by applying an edible oil having flavor of curry to laver seasoned with a seasoning solution. CONSTITUTION:Laver obtained by applying an edible oil having flavor of curry of scattering curry seasoning flour and, as necessary, further applying an edible oil having the flavor of curry thereto. |
