摘要 The tooth bone/work model (20) has a number of fixture points for the different module elements (A,B...G). The first two module elements (A,B) are joined to a beam-shaped component (a), the second and third (B,C) are joined to a similar component (b), and the third and fourth (C,D) together with the fifth and sixth (F,G) are similarly joined (c,d). The fourth, fifth and sixth elements (D,E,F) locate directly against each other. The module elements are selected from prefabricated forms so that, dependent upon the jawbone arc-shape, and the positioning and extent of the anchoring components, they can form a bridge connected to the jawbone, and forming a body for the required teeth set. The selection occurs so that the connecting surface (22) for the first element (22,A) is made to face the connecting surface (23) on the element (B) adjacent to it in the bridge. The beam-shaped components incorporated in the bridge are adjusted to their positions in the primary stage of prodn. Such components are fastened at their ends to the module elements which they join, via their connecting surfaces. In a second prodn. stage, the module elements and beams are welded together, the work being followed with a magnifying glass to ensure adjustment of surfaces via which the welding operation is effected.
