PURPOSE:To make it possible to heat or cool a body to which heat is transferred uniformly without making the flow rate of a heating medium large by bending a heat transfer tube through which a heating medium flows at its center to divide the tube into flow-out tube and return flow tube at the central section of the tube and connecting the flow-out tube and return tube as one body and laying this parallel heat transfer tube which has been made one body on the surface of the body to which heat is transferred. CONSTITUTION:A parallel heat transfer tube 1 is constituted by bending a heat transfer tube at its central section 1C and connecting this heat transfer tube which has been divided at the central section as one body. The heat transfer tube 1 is snaked to form a pipe mat in one body, and this mat is attached to the surface of a body 2 to which heat is transferred. The opening section end 1d of the flow-out pipe 1a is connected to a coolant conveying main tube 3 and the opening end section 1e of the return pipe 1b is connected to a coolant return main tube 4. The temperature of the coolant which flows in the parallel heat transfer pipe 1 is lowest on the inlet side and becomes highest on the outlet side by absorbing heat from a body 2 to which heat is transferred, but because the inlet side (low temperature section) and outlet side (high temperature section) are provided adjacent to each other, their temperatures are averaged. This relation holds from the outlet and inlet sides of the parallel heat transfer pipe 1 to the central section 1c and the parallel heat transfer tube 1 is apparently at the same temperature.
