In order to include patient data on an X-ray plate, an X-ray tight deformation plate (5) is exposed to rays after having been deformed by an impressed X-ray transparent card or medium (3). This means that the impression is indicated on the X-ray sensitive picture reproduction medium (4) where the data reduces the thickness of the plate, permitting X-rays (6) to pass through for picture reproduction. |
