PURPOSE:To form a synchronous coincidence detecting circuit having a regular constitution by a small number of elements, by specifying the circuit constitution. CONSTITUTION:In case an input signal A is H, and a data signal B is H, FETs 12, 14 become conducting, FETs 16, 18 become non-conducting, and a detecting signal C is discharged to L. In case the input signal is H, and the data signal B is L, the FETs 14, 16 become conducting, the FETs 12, 18 become non-conducting, and as for the detecting signal C, H is held. In case the input signal A is L, and the data signal B is H, the FETs 12, 18 become conducting, the FETs 14, 16 become non-conducting, and as for the detecting signal C, H is held. In case the input signal A is L, and the data signal B is L, the FETs 16, 18 become conducting, the FETs 12, 14 become non-conducting, and the detecting signal C is discharged to L. In this way, a coincidence detecting circuit for detecting a coincidence of the input signal A and the data signal B, and outputting L as the detecting signal C is formed.
